The Moss Agate Archive was built while following the banks of the Yellowstone River, from its confluence with the Missouri River upstream through Montana into Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. The Repository is made with moss agate, earth from the banks of the river, sweet grass, Plexiglas tubes, river maps and foldout books with photographs of the length of the Yellowstone River. |
